We take most insurance, including Oregon Health Plan (CareOregon, Health Share) and offer a sliding scale for those experiencing financial hardship. Please fill out that form HERE (also available at the end of the Request for Services form).
WAIT TIMES
Insurance companies have strict requirements on adding therapists to their panels. As a result, wait times can vary widely depending on your insurance. As a current GENERAL guideline:
- Kaiser, BCBS, Aetna, Cigna: 2-4 weeks
- Health Share and CareOregon: 2-3 months
- Medicare, Optum, Moda, certain EAPs: 4 to 6 months
- Counseling in Spanish: 3-6 months
- Counseling in Mandarin: 2-3 months
