Getting Started

The first step is to fill out a Request for Services form. You can click here to complete it online, or call us at 503-253-0964 if you’d prefer to do it over the phone. It usually takes about 15 minutes.

Insurance and Payment Options

We accept most insurance plans, including Medicare and Oregon Health Plan (CareOregon, Health Share, and Open Card). If you’re going through financial hardship, we also offer a sliding scale based on income.

If you are in need of the sliding scale option, please be sure to fill out the financial assistance form here (you’ll also find it at the end of the Request for Services form).

Wait Times

Because insurance companies have specific rules for adding therapists to their networks, wait times can vary depending on your coverage. As a general guideline:

• Kaiser, BCBS, Aetna, Moda, Cigna, Health Share/CareOregon: 2-4 weeks
• Medicare, Optum, certain EAPs: 2 months
• Counseling in Spanish: 3-6 months
• Counseling in Mandarin: 2 months
